The recent weather seems to be a roller coaster ride. The temperature has risen and fallen, and the temperature has risen. The warm current has come and gone, and the cold air has come again. The weather is always in the clouds and snow. Low temperature and rain and snow are not suitable for drone flight.
What should I pay attention to when storing the drone? Summarize the following points to save the drone.
1. Clean up the foreign body of the fuselage
Before the aircraft is stored, it is recommended that the flying friends first clean up the foreign bodies in the fuselage, check the connection between the gimbal and the aircraft motor, etc., whether there is any foreign matter hindering the rotation, and avoid damage to the aircraft after long-term storage.
2. Suitable temperature storage
If the aircraft needs to be stored for more than three months, the recommended storage temperature is around 25 degrees Celsius.
3. Keep away from flammable and explosive materials
Keep away from flammable and explosive materials and heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight.
4. Dry environment placement
When the aircraft is stored for a long time, it is recommended to remove the blades and store them in a dry environment to avoid being placed in a humid environment. Since the interior of the aircraft contains precise electronic components, such as long-term placement in a humid environment, it may cause the electronic components of the aircraft to age, corrode and rust, etc., so the environment in which the aircraft is stored must be air-dried.
5. Stay away from magnetic items
When storing the aircraft for a long time, it is recommended to keep the aircraft away from strong magnetic fields for storage. Otherwise, the magnetic field will damage the aircraft's compass, affecting aircraft performance and threatening flight safety.
6. Keep away from children
The aircraft contains a lot of small wires or parts. If the child swallows, it may cause danger. To avoid accidents, keep the children away from the parts of the aircraft.
7. Aircraft battery
The aircraft uses a built-in lithium polymer battery, which will slow down battery performance over time.
Please remove the battery from the body and store it separately. Otherwise, the battery will be over-discharged and the battery will be permanently damaged.
Please ensure that the battery power is around 40%~60%, and store it in a cool, dry environment at around 25 degrees Celsius.
It is recommended to charge and discharge the battery every 2~3 months to ensure battery activity.
